RED BARONS 2010 FOOTBALL REGISTRATION
ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON SATURDAY, JUNE 5, 2010 FOR ALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS.
You'll need the following information before beginning:
1. Payment Type: Credit Card or Check (check must be sent to the P.O. Box below)
2. Insurance information.
3. Actual weight of football players.
4. Emergency contact information.

After You've Completed the Payment Process
You'll need to send the following documents to the Red Barons P.O. Box below:
1. A signed ESFL Participant Form -
2010 ESFL Participant Form.
2. A copy of child's physical exam from physician completed after January 1, 2010.
3. Two (2) copies of registrant's birth certificate.
NOTE: Physical must be handed in no later than equipment handout. If all paperwork is not handed in by then, your player will not be able to begin practicing.
Retain your original, forms will not be returned.
